ID LEVELS
“Every Level. Every Check. Every Confidence.”
The advanced Resiliant ID AI System carefully grades each IdNFT identity according to the strength and quality of the photographic ID provided during onboarding. This ensures that as many users as possible can quickly and securely verify their identity, while still allowing organizations to apply stricter requirements for higher-value or sensitive actions.
For example, a user with a Complete verification may be allowed to log into a system, but before carrying out a critical action, they would need to upgrade to Fully Approved status by providing additional biometric data and supporting ID documents.
This tiered approach not only delivers the perfect balance of speed and convenience for everyday access, and stronger protection when it matters most – it also gives enterprises the freedom to decide exactly what verification level is required for each task, transaction, or access point.
Below are the ID verification levels we use:
"UNKNOWN" ID Verification Level
The true likeness image has been successfully matched to the photograph on the supplied ID. However, the authenticity of the ID document itself could not be verified through our security and validation checks. This means that while the visual match is correct, the document may not meet the required standards of trust for higher-level verification.
"EXPIRED" ID Verification Level
The ID document supplied has been successfully verified as genuine and confirmed to be authentic. However, the document has passed its validity date and is therefore recorded as expired. While authenticity is assured, the document no longer meets the required standards for active verification, and an updated, in-date ID will be required to progress to higher verification levels.
"INCOMPLETE" ID Verification Level
The ID document supplied has been reviewed and confirmed as genuine; however, it does not contain the holder’s residential address. As a result, while the document can be used to verify identity, it cannot on its own be relied upon where proof of address is required. An additional supporting document may be needed to meet the necessary verification standards.
"COMPLETE" ID Verification Level
The ID document supplied has successfully passed the required verification analysis and is confirmed as genuine. However, it does not include additional security layers such as an embedded NFC (smart chip). While the document is valid for standard identity verification, the absence of advanced security features may limit its acceptance for higher-assurance checks or more sensitive transactions.
"CONFIRMED" ID Verification Level
The ID document supplied has successfully passed all required verification checks, including advanced analysis and the reading of the embedded NFC chip. This confirms both the authenticity of the document and the integrity of its security features, meeting the standards required for a high level of trust in the verification process.
"APPROVED" ID Verification Level
The ID document supplied has successfully passed all required verification checks, including advanced analysis of embedded security features such as the NFC (smart chip), barcode, and hologram. This confirms both the authenticity of the document and the integrity of its security protections, meeting the standards required for the highest levels of trust and acceptance within the verification process.
"FULLY APPROVED" ID Verification Level
The ID document supplied has successfully passed all required verification checks, including the reading of advanced security features such as the NFC (smart chip), barcode, and hologram. In addition, the document has undergone manual authentication by a trusted witness, providing an extra layer of assurance. This combination of automated and human validation confirms the document’s authenticity at the highest standard, making it suitable for use in even the most security-sensitive environments.
