Global accounting firm with offices and partners around the world had to secure customer access (ICAM) to a new DMS (Document Management System) and comply with privacy regulations in each country, state and jurisdiction. They needed a user privacy-oriented ID verification that can protect sensitive financial data, handle and verify thousands of ID documents: DL, Health Insurance card, passport, state ID, ID card, etc. Additional needs that were identified:
- Password-less environment
- Frictionless onboarding and use for customers
- Seamless integration with their IT system (DMS)
RESILIANT provided a white labelled blockchain based RESILIANT ID APP to support and authenticate 11,000+ issued ID documents worldwide for fast, accurate and secure onboarding by the user. Identity confirmed and verified using up to 12 biometrics and geolocation. One-time onboarding is done within 30 seconds to create a unique digital ID in the blockchain (patented technology IdNFT™).
