Using advanced blockchain technology, a unique digital passport is created around the asset that permanently records, verifies, and identifies every step of the lifecycle of the asset, from its manufacture and production to its original sale. The digital passport records information such as the date and location of origin, all production details, limited-edition characteristics and photos, ownership history, type of good, serial number, and more. All the asset’s “identity” information is then stored on the blockchain, in the owner’s IdNFT™ Vault, which is secure, immutable and private. Ownership of the asset can then be transferred through the blockchain, eliminating the possibility of counterfeiting while offering proof of exclusivity and authenticity of each asset for the next owner without disclosing either party’s name.
