Public Safety Officials
Developed by Waverley Labs, our sister R&D Company and Awardee of the Department of Homeland Security S&T SBIR Program
Since 2016, the United States has experienced record-breaking fires, natural disasters, mass shootings and a major global pandemic. Most jurisdictions lack sufficient resources to handle extreme events independently, requiring coordination and assistance from other agencies, jurisdictions, and disciplines. Incident Commanders (ICs) need to feel confident they can secure the requisite personnel with the right credentials from multiple areas, coordinate cooperation between First Responder communities, and establish a consent-related trust mechanism.
Organizations that can benefit include First Responders, Public Safety and Security Communities, Federal agencies that need to implement ICAM (Identity Credential and Access Management) and End-to-End Zero Trust, and interoperable efficiencies between federal agencies through the Trustmark framework.
RESILIANT developed an Immutable blockchain-based anonymous, encrypted Digital ID enabling the right individual to access the right applications at the right time for the right reason. Government (GVT) issued ID and biometric selfies are uploaded to user’s smartphone to verify the user. The GVT ID and selfie remain stored on the user’s smartphone and nowhere else. During verification the selfie is compared to the photo ID on the VT ID document using the most advanced liveness technology while mitigating demographic bias. End to End Zero Trust is based on Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) specifications co-authored by RESILIANT’s sister company Waverley Labs with top-notch security experts. Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP) and Single-Packet Authorization (SPA) envelope helps to cloak critical applications and services in a Trust Zone, so they are accessible only to verified and credentialed users.
Cost effective and secure stabilization of incident activities, efficient interoperable communications, privacy protection for public safety personnel, reduced identity fraud and hacking, proactive mitigation of cyberattacks and network intrusions.
